Amish stuffed pork chops

I read thru every recipe above, but saw none for the "stuffed pork chops' like I used to buy at a huge Amish butcher counter in a large Amish veggie/meat & art-work building in Lancaster, Pa. back in the late 1980s, when I lived in Baltimore for 2-years.

The stuffing contained corn meal along with other ingredients. They were almost 3 inches thick, and so delicious. HELP!
