Many thanks for your tip on using aritha for getting rid of mealy bug. Can you tell us what the proportion of aritha powder to water you used to do this?

For those you who don't know what aritha powder is, it is a powder that comes from the dried fruit of the Aritha.

It is commonly used in India to treat hair loss, dandruff, makes hair shiny and kills head lice.

Aritha is also used to clean and shine jewelry, wash woolen garments and makes a good face pack to improve the complexion.

Aritha Use
by: Anonymous

Hi,
Just boil 250 grams of Aritha in one
liter of water. Stir the Aritha well and allow the mixture to cool. Strain it and spray it on the plant as Aritha has a soapy effect. It tastes very bitter too.
