2 Tbs Butter 2/3 Cup Sugar 2 Eggs separated 2 Tbs Lemon Juice (1 lemon) 2 Tbs Flour 1 Cup Milk Grated lemon rind
Method:
Cream the butter, add sugar & cream well. Beat egg yolks until thick & lemon coloured. Add to mixture with lemon juice. Fold in flour & stir in milk. Add finely grated lemon rind. Beat egg whites & fold into first mixture. Pour into greased dish, set in pan of hot water. Bake at 190º C for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cream.
