help to caponize

I have caponized several hundred chickens & have lost only 2 0r 3 However I had an electric clipper & there was no bleeding (it couterized as it cliped it off) also I had another person hold the chicken which made it more simple.

Except if you get someone with a finnicky stomach. My cousin was helping me & about the 3rd one he put over the fence he went with it, no problem he came out of it.

caponizing
by: David Wilson

Loren,

I live close to Lee's Summit and am working to raise heritage breed chickens. The problem is what to do with all the roosters. They take so long to grow out and thus are cost prohibitive. Would you consider caponizing some chickens for us???
