Looking for a Nice, Well-rounded Country Gentleman

Hi, I'm a 45yr single female. I'm a mix of Indian and white so I have very olive skin, very long dark hair and blue eyes. Im 5'7, love horses, I have 4. I also have a few Longhorn cattle, and rabbits.

In the past I have also had sheep and goats and about everything else that was on Noah's ark. I have 20yrs experience homesteading. However I enjoy the comforts of home. I love to garden, have a full working knowledge of plants and herbs. I can make over 300 kinds of cheese, however don't do it that often anymore.

I would like to find someone that enjoys the country but isn't an extremist, where they don't make every single thing they use from the farm.( I can, I know how, and I don't want to). I'm somewhere in the middle and don't wish to go 100% in either direction.
