Sometimes you can get free or inexpensive garden sheds on Kijiji that are so easy to convert to henhouses too!

By saving on the bulk of the building you can spend the money to get the predator proof welded wire hardware cloth rather than chicken wire and the proper feeders and waters that do not create a mess and waste feed.
