Ships Biscuit (old Tudor biscuit used by the English navy)

Ingredients

1 lb flour
1/2 pint of water
1/t tablespoon of sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 125 °C
Weigh the flour and salt and place in bowl
Pour in water
Mix until all mixed together
Put flour on work surface
Get a rolling pin and roll until about 1/4 inch thick
Cut with cookie cuter
Place on a tray
Cook for 30 - 40 minutes

Warning!

BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING OUT OF OVEN VERY HOT
BE CAREFUL, VERY HARD

Be traditional. Over in England we tap the biscuit on the table.
