Starting from Scratch

New owners of 10 acres tropical land. good soil, loamy. Flat land. bordering sea.

NOT cultivated for 20 years...no improvements, no infrastructure, no fencing...and limited funds....
lots of will though....

Help! how do we start making this a break even/profitable venture. what to plant first...animals to keep...have to start somewhere and make money.

Suggestions from you will be appreciated. i know it is a daunting task...cannot be impossible...we simply have to make it work.
