3 Cups white fine household flour2 Cups brown household flour5 teaspoons baking powder1 cup sugar500 ml milk7 eggs flavouring agentMix dry ingredients together with butter in a bowl until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.Mix eggs milk and flavoring agent separately and pour in the dry ingredient mixture gradually as you stir in one direction to eliminate any bubbles in the mixture. Get the pan ready by applying butter or lard on the pan and putting your mixture into it.Place your pan into the already preheated oven at 190°C. Bake until the scones become brown.
