pullet eye infection

I have a pullet that has been sick for a month with eyes swollen shut, feeling lethargic, and I have to put her in front of the water. Please advise as I don't want to put her down since she is fighting it.

Sick chicken

Get Tylan 200. Give your chicken an injection under her wing. Into the breast on an angle and not too deep.

Inject 2 cc of this and repeat in 48 hrs if needed. Use small needle and syringe.

You can purchase this at your tractor supply. This saved my flock.
