Is our Food Safe?

Is our food safe? I do not trust our (people in charge) to keep my food healthy. As hard as they try there is just too much for them to control. Recent food recalls prove me correct.

I would like to feel the food processors themselves are at least trying but they should find their tainted products before they leave their plant not after they arrive on store shelves.

I guess I will continue to grow as much as I can and without chemicals to provide for my family. With everything else finding the time with all the other chores involved in country living.

Unsafe food

I really have to agree that there is no way for our food to remain safe, I understand that the Food and Drug Administration do what they can, but it is just to much to oversee.

Now they are talking about too many chemicals in our juices. Dr. Oz said something about this threat a few months ago,they are just now testing this stuff. Well I don't really know but it's troubling to me.

I wish I lived in the country. I would grow, can and freeze as much food as I could possible grow myself.
