1 Tin Evaporated Milk
1 Packet Pineapple Jelly
1 Tin Pineapple Chunks
Make the jelly using 1 cup of the pineapple juice (no water). Dissolve and
leave to cool. Beat up the Evaporated Milk which should be well chilled
until it is thick and creamy and forming peaks. Fold in the cooled Jelly
mixture and add the pineapple chunks. Decorate with some chocolate flakes if
you so wish.
