CHOCOLATE FUDGE

CHOCOLATE FUDGE

by Tessa King

Who doesn't like fudge? Not too many people I know! This chocolate fudge recipe is easy enough for your children to make during those long school holidays when you don't know what to do with them.

Just make sure that when you boil the mixture that you get to the point when it turns to fudge, and not to toffee. Although toffee is good too! So either way, you will still have made some candy.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbs Butter
¾ Cup Milk
2 Tbs Cocoa

Method:

Boil all ingredients in pot stirring frequently, until a few drops in cold water form soft lumps.

Cool a little and then beat until sugary.

If the ingredients have not boiled properly it will turn into soft toffee!

Pour into pan and cut into squares when slightly set.
