Microwave Marmite Cake

This is my recipe for a microwave marmite cake.
175 ml Castor Sugar
2 Eggs
100 ml Milk
20 ml Margarine
250 ml Self-Raising Flour
Pinch Salt
Sauce:	50 ml Margarine
	50 ml Marmite (small bottle)
	200 ml Grated cheese
Beat eggs & sugar together. Heat milk & margarine on 100% power +- 1 minute. Sift flour & salt together & add to egg. Mix together with milk & margarine. Mix well. Prepare ring mould & pour in mixture. (I use a Tupperware Jel ring). Place a piece of paper towel over the top and microwave 70% power for 5-6 minutes in an 800w oven. Adjust times to suit the power of your microwave. Do not overcook as it keeps on cooking for a while after removing from the oven. Cool in mould before turning out.
Heat margarine & marmite on 100% power +- 1 minute (1/2 min) & spoon over cake. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
