I am a lazy cook, and as a result I'm always looking for simple recipes and those that involve simple cooking. What you have here are easy country cooking recipes that I have collected over the years and have loved to cook. They are also old-fashioned recipes as I believe that we can learn a lot from our ancestral grandmothers.

Simple recipes for country cooking is all about healthy, wholesome cooking that is not fussy, but filling. It is about great soups, and stews, pies and desserts that will warm you up on those long winter nights. It is about no-fuss cooking that is easy to prepare, quick to throw
